Pam is the author of Supercharged Teams: 30 tools of Great Teamwork and The Workshop Book, how to design and lead successful workshops.

She developed the Project Bridge method with The Hive Portsmouth and Portsmouth City Council, using her commercial collaboration expertise to tackle and resolve complex issues in local communities such as Child Exploitation, Bringing People Home from Hospital, Supporting Disabilities and many more topics in Portsmouth, providing employability support for residents after the Grenfell tragedy for Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, and working with other councils across the UK. With a background in psychology, and an obsession with collective intelligence, Pam designs capability journeys and workshop events to empower people, develop their skills and create positive change.
